I ask all team captains at the various patches to signup their players. Application form is in the Clans section. If someone wants to be a team captain, one have to type in the appropriate topic on the forum.

I recall the rules of ranking clans. Clan Points reach a team where 100% of its players are in the same reported clan. Number of points awarded depends on the result of the best team in the tournament (negative points do not admit clan).

Submitted player can change team only ONCE during the entire rating, but only on condition that did not play a single match.
