Rules change at 1.10

Changes
- grief is allowed on 3v3 and 4v4 duels for paladins who doesn't use blessing hammer or fist of haven's
- cold res is now 220, 2 absorbs
- starting duel with standard team you are allowed to change one of your mate with the reserve one but starting with reserve squad you are not allowed to change your team members
- amazons now can use only amazon jevelins (that one which can be equipped by amazons) with ed 300% or less
- switch bug is not allowed
