Rules modification on 1.11 Euro-PvP

Today on the Euro-PvP realm have been introduced the following rules modification:
- Damage Reduction in Paladins which use Passive Charge is 25%
- Damage Reduction in Paladins which use Active Charge is 40%
- Elemental Dru can use Hurricane in the team with Assasin
- Melee Dru can use Oak Sage with Amplify Damage
- Necromancer can use Teeth in 1v1 versus Amazon
- In 2v2 Ele Druid and Nec have to decide if they use Amplify Damage or Oak Sage
- Resistance and absorption at Passive Paladin: 170% + 1abs vs. Blizz, 80max or 75max + 1abs vs. FB, 85max or 75 + vs. 1abs Trap Assassin
- "Beast" runeword is allowed on TvT
